We do not share your SMS opt-in or consent with third parties for their own marketing; we only share it with service providers that help us deliver messages (e.g., messaging platforms and carriers). The third-party services we use to help analyze this data are Google Analytics and Hotjar, Google AdWords, Klaviyo, Marketo, Meta Platforms (Facebook), Microsoft Clarity, and Snapchat.

Marketo is our email marketing service, if you sign-up for an email subscription on the Website we collect data about whether an email message was opened and if a marketing link is clicked within that email to identify conversion rates.
Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Disclosures
We offer an optional Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) that provides marketing and transactional texts (e.g., promotions, order alerts, and abandoned cart reminders) from O&H Danish Bakery. Enrollment is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to cancel and “HELP” for help; we also honor opt-out requests sent in natural language (e.g., “stop”, “end”, “unsubscribe”, “cancel”, “quit”). You may also request removal via the contact methods in How to Contact Us.
How we collect and use phone numbers. When you opt-in, we collect your mobile number and consent status to deliver Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) messages, maintain opt-in/opt-out records, and comply with carrier rules. For compliance, we retain proof of consent and opt-out logs for at least six (6) months after you unsubscribe. We also process carrier deactivation data to prevent messaging recycled numbers.
No sale or sharing of SMS consent. We do not rent, sell, or share your SMS opt-in or consent status with third parties for their own marketing or other unrelated purposes. Abandoned cart disclosure. If we need to charge your credit card your payment details are processed by our credit card processor. For individuals who opt-in to our Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS), we use your mobile number and consent status to send messages, maintain required opt-in/opt-out records, and comply with carrier and industry guidelines.
